Please package your product securely in a box or bubble envelope to ensure it is not lost in transit. If your return item is missing due to poor packaging or if we do not receive your package, we will not be able to process your warranty. Please make sure to fill in your return address clearly, include a copy of the original receipt, and return the product in its retail packaging.
We can not process your warranty if all of these conditions are not met and we will not be able to return your package.
We typically send out the replacement in about 2 to 3 business days after receiving your return.

Shipping is free within the United States. For international shipments, additional rates may apply.
POLICY FOR CASES AND POUCHES:
You may return your Sonix product within 30 days of the ship date. Item(s) must be in original packaging and unused condition. If it is determined that your item(s) do not qualify for a refund, we will not be able to return it to you. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
POLICY FOR SUNGLASSES:
You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your product. Frames must be returned unworn and with all original packaging and accessories included.
Pack all items in a secure box and enclose the return form and packing list with your items. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label upon request.
Please note: $10 per returned package will be deducted from your refund or credit when using the return label.
Sonix has the right to refuse any returned goods that are damaged through improper packing OR are used by the purchaser. Sunglasses and their accompanying carrying cases must be returned together for any refund.
Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. We do not provide a pre-paid shipping label for International orders, please return items to the address listed on the return form. Please note: Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping changes.

After your order is placed, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order. We provide free ground shipping for all US orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! At check-out you will be able to select your country, select shipping rates apply.

New items can sell out quickly, but we may get more soon! We restock designs that are the most popular so check back as we usually restock popular items within 2 weeks time.
Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, contact us at email@example.com.
How do I put on and take off a case?
Step 1: Remove rubber core from the top of the case.
Step 2: Insert phone into the rubber core.
Step 3: Insert the phone and rubber core into the case buttons first.
Step 4: To remove, push phone out through camera hole.
